MOPS – Mothers of Preschoolers
MOPS, Mothers of Preschoolers, is a dynamic program designed to nurture mothers of young children (infants – kindergarten). MOPS is a relevant and caring network, encouraging and supporting moms through trusted resources and relationships. During meetings,we typically have breakfast, listen to a speaker, do a craft project and exchange ideas.
We meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month from September through May from 9:30-11:30a. We also try to have play dates at local parks during the summer months. Childcare is available for children ages 5 and under in our nursery with trained staff.
Our first meeting of the 2015-2016 season is Wednesday, September 9. The theme for this year is A Fierce Flourshing. Visit the MOPS website at www.mops.org for more information on this year’s theme.
Cost: $25 per semester ($50 yearly), which covers the cost of childcare, crafts and speakers, plus a fee of $23.95 due to MOPS International per mom.
