Home-Centered and Church-Supported means parents are the primary faith-developers and the church, pastors, staff and youth leaders are secondary faith-developers. We believe it is important to build the home because it is the primary place where faith is shaped and nurtured in each generation. The church then supports and resources families to experience effective spiritual growth within their own households.

If you have not had the opportunity to present your child with their very own Bible, Shepherd’s Gate, in partnership with your family, would like to present your child with their very own Bible. This will be a great Faith Step event with food, fun, family challenges, and of course, a new Bible for your child! For more information, contact email@example.com. Siblings are welcome. Nursery will be available for children ages 5 and under. This event will take place around the end of April, 2018 at 10a.
MOPS is a dynamic program designed to nurture mothers of young children (Moms-to-be through Moms with any age children). MOPS supports moms through trusted resources and relationships. We typically have breakfast, a speaker, a craft project and exchange ideas. Childcare is provided in our staffed nursery. We meet 9:30 to 11:30a – second and fourth Wednesdays each month, September through April. Come check us out with no obligation; your first meeting is free. A Family Ministry Registration Form is required for any children using the nursery. The Family Ministry Registration Form can be printed and taken to your first meeting or open the registration form in your browser (default on many computers), fill in the boxes, go to print, change the printer to save as a .PDF and change the file name with your family name at the front (i.e. Smith-Family Ministry Registration Form.pdf), and email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org. MOPS International also has a MOPS Registration Form for all Moms in the program. Feel free to complete each form and take them with you to your first meeting. Contact email@example.com for info. and to register.
